Responsibilities
Drive the development of a proactive associate pipeline aligned to EMEA’s business strategy.
Maintain strong engagement with current associates/contractors.
Apply excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills across all levels of client organizations.
Manage backlogs, risks, issues, people, and budgets.
Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and contractual changes.
Ensure compliance with UK employment law and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
Support high performance within the team and balance priorities.
Requirements
Proven experience in HR operations and talent management within a regional or global context.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance requirements.
Excellent relationship-building skills with both associates and business stakeholders.
Ability to balance strategic talent pipeline development with day-to-day HR operational delivery.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience managing newsletters or internal communications.
CIPD qualified.
Experience working in professional services, consulting, or technology sectors.
