About the role

  • HR Operations Partner supporting EMEA strategy bridging talent acquisition and HR operations. Ensuring seamless processes across employee lifecycle and maintaining strong relationships with the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development of a proactive associate pipeline aligned to EMEA’s business strategy.
  • Maintain strong engagement with current associates/contractors.
  • Apply excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills across all levels of client organizations.
  • Manage backlogs, risks, issues, people, and budgets.
  • Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and contractual changes.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Support high performance within the team and balance priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR operations and talent management within a regional or global context.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with both associates and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance strategic talent pipeline development with day-to-day HR operational delivery.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience managing newsletters or internal communications.
  • CIPD qualified.
  • Experience working in professional services, consulting, or technology sectors.
