About the role

  • HR Business Partner in a leading infrastructure development firm, supporting talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives. Overseeing employee relations, compensation, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business to define role requirements, advise clients, and conduct job analysis.
  • Support the LMIA application process as required.
  • Complete compensation analysis and present recommendations.
  • Manage disability claims and liaise with benefit providers.
  • Effective situation/conflict management and employee relations.
  • Support performance management and objective setting throughout the year.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual (French and English), with strong written and spoken French proficiency.
  • Post-secondary school education in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
  • Working towards the CHRL designation, or completed CHRL designation is an asset.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Previous ERP experience, particularly working with SAP considered an asset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to solve moderately complex problems and make routine recommendations.
  • Great customer service focus.
