About the role

  • Assistant supporting the founder in HR and recruitment processes at Recuvia, a HR and recruiting boutique. Responsible for supporting core tasks, organization and communication.

Responsibilities

  • You are the person who ensures the founder can focus on her core work.
  • You keep track of appointments, organize to-dos, anticipate needs, ask questions, gather information, and are there when something needs to be done quickly, precisely, and reliably.
  • Calendar and appointment management, including prioritization
  • Preparation and structuring of weekly planning
  • Event, travel, and and workshop organization, including coordination of small community formats and "Powerhouse by Strive" network events
  • Research on internal HR, people, and organizational topics
  • Preparation of information, presentations, and documents
  • Preparation of proposals/quotes (not a sales role)
  • Friendly, professional client communication
  • Preliminary bookkeeping (collecting/structuring receipts for the accounting firm)
  • Preparing information for payroll (time reports)

Requirements

  • Vocational/commercial training with at least 2 years of professional experience or back-office experience
  • Strong ability in structuring, prioritization, and organization
  • Very good written communication in German (C1); English is a nice to have
  • Enjoy organizing, sorting, and simplifying processes and information
  • Digital literacy and routine with tools (Outlook, Langdock/ChatGPT, MS Office, Canva, Jamie and other AI tools)
  • Ability to adapt to tone and communication style
  • Reliability & integrity — especially because you will work closely with the founder
  • Desire to help shape the role and take on more responsibility over time
