Responsibilities

  • Navigate a complex industrial landscape to achieve operational workforce relations outcomes for TfNSW
  • Lead the employee relations activities through partnering with line managers
  • Provide professional advice, support, and coaching for leaders
  • Conduct high-level negotiations dealing with industrial matters
  • Liaise with transport industrial organisations and Unions
  • Shape and implement Employee Relations frameworks and strategies

Requirements

  • Experience managing IR in a complex organisation, with active union representation
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Familiarity with state government agency intricacies would be beneficial
