About the role

  • Embedded Talent Sourcer for high-growth clients, building talent pipelines and executing sourcing strategies. Engaging top-performing tech talent for critical roles in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Embed directly into high-growth client engagements and own the top-of-funnel talent pipeline for critical Tech roles.
  • Shape and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-performing talent, rapidly building pipeline across clients' open roles.
  • Conduct targeted Boolean and talent mapping searches to ensure deep penetration of relevant talent pools.
  • Craft personalized, compelling outreach messaging that converts passive candidates into active pipeline.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German & English is a must
  • Strong experience sourcing talent for high-velocity venture and growth-stage B2B SaaS or tech companies across Product and/or tech functions.
  • Proven track record as an in-house, RPO, or embedded sourcer owning top-of-funnel pipeline generation in high-trajectory environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to craft outreach and articulate sourcing insights simply, persuasively, and with data.
