- Conduct targeted Boolean and talent mapping searches to ensure deep penetration of relevant talent pools.
- Craft personalized, compelling outreach messaging that converts passive candidates into active pipeline.
Requirements
- Fluency in German & English is a must
- Strong experience sourcing talent for high-velocity venture and growth-stage B2B SaaS or tech companies across Product and/or tech functions.
- Proven track record as an in-house, RPO, or embedded sourcer owning top-of-funnel pipeline generation in high-trajectory environments.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to craft outreach and articulate sourcing insights simply, persuasively, and with data.
