Responsibilities
Plan, translate and facilitate Human Resources processes and strategies across the units;
Serve as the Business Partner (BP) for operations in approximately 60 stores;
Manage processes across HR subsystems, including Payroll, Compensation, Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection, among others;
Promote and uphold the company’s culture and values, acting as a guardian;
Participate in leadership team meetings, translating area needs into HR solutions;
Act as the facilitator for key HR processes and policies with the client area.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields;
Experience as a Business Partner for store operations;
Availability to work in Rio de Janeiro (based in Barra or Niterói);
Retail experience is considered a plus.
