About the role

  • HR Specialist managing end-to-end employment lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding at CDP. Ensuring data accuracy and providing operational support in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
  • Track and reply to internal and external queries
  • Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks
  • Payroll
  • Document management, scheduling and electronic file maintenance
  • Assisting with onboarding
  • Providing support to employees by answering questions, resolving issues and providing information
  • Supporting the development of HR policies and procedures
  • Actively contribute to an effective and engaged team, clear on its purpose and contribution

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in HR or People Ops
  • A relevant academic qualification
  • Proven track record of independently managing onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data, policy support, employee-life-cycle in fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong interpersonal, project management and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • Technologically savvy
  • Ability to anticipate, identify and resolve issues that may arise
  • The ability to handle confidential information
