Requirements
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in HR or People Ops
A relevant academic qualification
Proven track record of independently managing onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data, policy support, employee-life-cycle in fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong interpersonal, project management and communication skills
Ability to build relationships internally and externally
Technologically savvy
Ability to anticipate, identify and resolve issues that may arise
