Responsibilities
Partner with department recruiters in support of talent identification efforts for open positions throughout the company
Create and execute compliant recruitment strategies for positions that require support from the Sourcing team
Source candidates through a variety of creative methods, including social media tools and industry contact lists
Initiate contact with passive candidates for openings and maintain quality candidate pipelines
Research market conditions and industry trends as they relate to competitors and educate internal stakeholders
Requirements
5+ years progressive HR experience in one or more functional areas
Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated ability to identify and source candidates through a variety of technology platforms
Experience in monitoring key performance metrics and leveraging data to drive decisions and influence strategy
Extensive experience data mining various social media to identify candidate profiles
Demonstrated capability in engaging otherwise passive candidates through creative outreach techniques and messaging
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Prior recruiting experience, preferably in engineering or technical roles
