Create compelling presentations, datasheets and customer materials using MS Office to effectively communicate our solutions
Support the team in preparing and following up on meetings with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure clear communication and alignment
Maintain and update data in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and availability for the team
Perform analyses and create visually appealing charts and graphics to present insights and trends to the team and customers
Prepare and document content using Confluence wiki software to support knowledge sharing and documentation
Requirements
You are currently enrolled in a full-time Master's program
Strong interest in, or initial experience with, Customer Success, product marketing, or product management
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Confident user of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, with the ability to create professional and impactful presentations
Team player with a confident manner and strong interpersonal skills — able to engage and persuade colleagues and customers alike
