About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling presentations, datasheets and customer materials using MS Office to effectively communicate our solutions
  • Support the team in preparing and following up on meetings with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure clear communication and alignment
  • Maintain and update data in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and availability for the team
  • Perform analyses and create visually appealing charts and graphics to present insights and trends to the team and customers
  • Prepare and document content using Confluence wiki software to support knowledge sharing and documentation

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a full-time Master's program
  • Strong interest in, or initial experience with, Customer Success, product marketing, or product management
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Confident user of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, with the ability to create professional and impactful presentations
  • Team player with a confident manner and strong interpersonal skills — able to engage and persuade colleagues and customers alike
