Responsibilities
Build, manage and scale a brand new SDR team in Bogotá
Drive scalable growth by accelerating ramp times, hiring velocity and productivity
Champion professional development through coaching, goal setting and recognition
Create, set and manage team and individual KPIs
Optimize strategies, workflows, and messaging to align with company goals
Collaborate internally to align ICP, optimize lead quality and territory design
Drive variety and engagement in prospect-facing content in partnership with Marketing
Evaluate and recommend tech solutions that support SDR execution
Lead by example to promote an open, inclusive, and values-driven team environment
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of team leader/managerial experience within B2B outbound sales
Extensive experience in selling to or managing sellers in the North American market
Passion for coaching and developing a team
Knowledge of creative sequencing and outbound sales techniques
Fluency in English (C1)
Native level Spanish (C2)
