About the role

  • SDR role focused on lead prospecting through social media and calls. Joining Inside's growth marketing initiatives in Brazil and the USA.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting leads on social media and making cold calls
  • Qualify prospects who arrive through calls, emails, WhatsApp and social media
  • Contact and follow up with leads until the meeting, which is conducted by the closer
  • Maintain follow-up using an intelligent cadence sequence
  • Keep the CRM organized with activities up to date
  • Closely monitor the main KPIs for the role: number of prospects, number of meetings scheduled, meeting attendance and number of accounts closed.

Requirements

  • Experience prospecting accounts via phone, social media and email
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Familiarity with CRM (preferably ClickUp)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strategic and business-oriented mindset
  • High energy, motivation and a results-focused approach to meet targets
