About the role

  • interviewing, screening, and extending offers to potential office employees with a focus on our engineering roles
  • assist with other Talent functions in the successful implementation of various departmental initiatives and programs
  • conduct presentations at high schools and technical schools
  • establish and maintain relationships with area schools
  • attend various recruiting events
  • perform searches for qualified candidates
  • screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel
  • interview applicants for posted and future employment opportunities
  • establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers
  • attend weekly staffing meetings
  • actively participate in professional and trade related organizations
  • process candidates
  • provide guidance and interpretation to hiring managers regarding HR policies

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, or Business
  • One year of Talent Acquisition experience, specifically focused on engineering or Education: An Associate’s degree
  • Two years administrative experience in Human Resources
