About the role
- Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for hiring engineering roles in construction and renewable energy. Engaging with schools and managing talent acquisition processes with flexibility in scheduling.
Responsibilities
- interviewing, screening, and extending offers to potential office employees with a focus on our engineering roles
- assist with other Talent functions in the successful implementation of various departmental initiatives and programs
- conduct presentations at high schools and technical schools
- establish and maintain relationships with area schools
- attend various recruiting events
- perform searches for qualified candidates
- screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel
- interview applicants for posted and future employment opportunities

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, or Business
- One year of Talent Acquisition experience, specifically focused on engineering or Education: An Associate’s degree
- Two years administrative experience in Human Resources
