About the role

  • Senior Recruiter managing talent acquisition for SaaS company project44, focusing on North America. Attracting top talent, enhancing recruitment strategies, ensuring diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.

Responsibilities

  • Attract and hire A+ talent across GTM (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success), G&A, and Tech teams, leveraging top-tier SaaS industry expertise to deliver an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Support and scale multiple departments for hiring in North America (with a potential to hire globally!)
  • Use data and metrics to build process improvements (e.g. high conversion ratios, time to hire)
  • Be the strong talent advisor to business leaders, hiring managers and build the hiring strategy customizable to each role to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience
  • Build an inclusive and objective hiring process and ensures that candidate is assessed against the appropriate competencies
  • Source Candidates via multiple sources including:
  • • LinkedIn Outreach
  • • Networking Events (BuiltIn Chicago, Meetups, etc.)
  • • Job Postings (Indeed, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.)
  • • Personal Network
  • Manage the end to end hiring process from sourcing, screening, guiding candidates them through the interview process up to offer stage and onboarding.
  • Coordinating with project44 leadership on event attendance and employer branding
  • Work in our ATS (Greenhouse) to improve visibility and automation in recruiting process
  • Partner with finance, HR and hiring managers and project44 leadership to ensure recruiting needs are met

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS recruiting experience
  • Experience interpreting data and using it to influence hiring decisions
  • Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS
  • Established network and expertise in Chicago startup tech & SaaS community
  • Ability and willingness to organize, host, and attend networking events
  • Strong stakeholder & interpersonal skills; ability to rapidly develop and cultivate relationships with peers, partners, and key influencers
  • Confident, assertive, and metrics driven in your approach to recruitment
  • Ability to work independently and perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
  • Ability to see all tasks through to completion with a high attention to detail
