Responsibilities
You will support Talent Partner for Long list and interview arrangement.
Your role will include HR Operations team to support blue collars recruitment.
You will support Campus Recruitment and Global Trainee Program implementation (CV longlist selection, onboarding communication etc.).
You will support employee file archiving.
You will support intern onboarding and separation daily work.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements
You hold a bachelor’s degree and above.
Hands-on experience in word, excel PowerPoint.
Good computer skill in Microsoft office Word, Excel or PowerPoint.
Good teamwork and service awareness.
Patience and kind at work and take action quickly.
You will be working at least 4 days or above per week.
Good communication and interpersonal skills working under pressure.
Good in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Japanese is a plus.
