Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end selection processes (job opening, screening, interviews, feedback, and offers);
Support hiring managers in defining candidate profiles and job posting strategies;
Use recruitment platforms and tools (Gupy) to organize and streamline processes;
Design and conduct assessments, competency-based interviews, and technical or behavioral evaluations;
Act with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout recruitment processes;
Conduct and/or support onboarding of new employees;
Monitor recruitment and selection metrics;
Conduct probationary period evaluations;
Conduct exit interviews;
Maintain relationships with partner recruitment agencies and consultancies as needed.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields;
Intermediate proficiency in Excel;
Experience using the Gupy platform;
Previous experience with high-volume recruitment and selection, including technology roles.
