Requirements
- 8+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house);
- Proven sourcing chops (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals) and ATS proficiency.
- Strong writing, organization, and stakeholder management; able to juggle multiple reqs.
- A candidate-centric approach with commitment to equity, inclusion, and structured hiring.
