About the role

  • Temporary Recruiter managing full-cycle recruitment for nonprofit Clarifi in Philadelphia. Collaborating with hiring managers and ensuring a stellar candidate experience during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Run role kickoffs with hiring managers; define success profiles and interview plans.
  • Write compelling job ads; post across targeted boards (e.g., local nonprofit sites, LinkedIn, Indeed); proactively source and build pipelines.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and advance qualified candidates with clear notes and scorecards.
  • Schedule interviews, prepare guides, and ensure timely, consistent candidate communication.
  • Partner on compensation alignment, extend offers, and coordinate pre‑boarding steps.
  • Keep the ATS accurate, report weekly funnel metrics, and uphold EEO and hiring policies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house);
  • Proven sourcing chops (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals) and ATS proficiency.
  • Strong writing, organization, and stakeholder management; able to juggle multiple reqs.
  • A candidate-centric approach with commitment to equity, inclusion, and structured hiring.
