About the role

  • Join Theodo HealthTech's talent team in Paris to support ~15% annual growth. You will build a talent pool, recruit 24 hires per year and continuously improve recruitment practices.

Responsibilities

  • Support Theodo's growth (+15% per year) by attracting, selecting and convincing top talent
  • Build and manage your talent pool
  • Recruit 24 new hires per year
  • Continuously improve our recruitment tools, methods and practices

Requirements

  • Degree from a top business school or engineering school
  • 1 year of experience in sales or in talent acquisition
  • You thrive working in teams and value collaboration beyond individual performance
  • Experience working in a tech company is a plus
