Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract and retain talented employees
  • Source candidates, conduct interviews, evaluate employment factors, and make salary recommendations
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, guiding operational teams on recruitment projects and forecasting resource requirements
  • Take part in recruitment related projects, managing time and resources effectively
  • Make decisions to resolve recruitment related problems
  • Create a strong connection with hiring managers to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques for senior and mid-level positions

Requirements

  • BA/BS & above degree with at least 5 years recruitment experience
  • Solid talent sourcing, interview and stakeholders management skills
  • Experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and social media/networking sites
  • Ability to conduct research, including data collection and reporting methodologies, utilizing various analytic tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time
