Responsibilities
Make the first contact with inbound leads, identifying pain points and business opportunities;
Qualify and nurture leads according to commercial criteria, ensuring the quality of the pipeline;
Conduct strategic follow-ups to re-engage unconverted opportunities;
Organize and balance closers' schedules, ensuring lead attendance;
Monitor conversion metrics and suggest improvements to the pre-sales process;
Keep RD Station updated and participate in alignment and performance meetings.
Requirements
1+ year of experience as an SDR or in pre-sales;
Experience with High Ticket Sales;
Proficiency in the BANT and SPIN methodologies;
Experience with RD Station (preferred);
Experience in the IT market is a plus.
Benefits
