About the role

  • Make the first contact with inbound leads, identifying pain points and business opportunities;
  • Qualify and nurture leads according to commercial criteria, ensuring the quality of the pipeline;
  • Conduct strategic follow-ups to re-engage unconverted opportunities;
  • Organize and balance closers' schedules, ensuring lead attendance;
  • Monitor conversion metrics and suggest improvements to the pre-sales process;
  • Keep RD Station updated and participate in alignment and performance meetings.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as an SDR or in pre-sales;
  • Experience with High Ticket Sales;
  • Proficiency in the BANT and SPIN methodologies;
  • Experience with RD Station (preferred);
  • Experience in the IT market is a plus.
