About the role

  • Sales Development Representative enabling sales and marketing teams for pipeline growth. Focused on qualified meeting generation in Oceania.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identifying and generating new qualified opportunities for our sales team. This role focuses on creating new business pipeline by qualifying active buying interest and identifying critical decision makers.
  • Follow prospecting plans and best practices to execute engagement strategies utilising email, phone, and social touches.
  • Acquire sufficient knowledge and understanding to manage conversations with executives, decision makers, and other stakeholders in target accounts with the goal of scheduling a sales meeting.
  • Assist Account Executives by moving along qualified leads through the sales cycle.
  • Manage inbound leads with a prioritisation strategy.
  • Attend in-person events (tradeshows, roadshows and roundtables) engaging with prospective clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related area preferred but not required.
  • Prior SDR experience or other customer-oriented background (support, customer service) preferred but not required.
  • Strong conversational communication skills, with a high degree of curiosity and empathy, and strong listening skills.
  • Robust organisational skills.
  • An ability to excel in operationally complex, fast-paced, or customer-facing work environments.
