- Develop and design holistic strategies for the long-term retention and development of leaders and employees
- Support transformation projects and design tailored measures
- Independently lead projects in the area of people/HR development
- Close collaboration with business units to identify needs
- Prepare strategic analyses as well as evaluations and reporting
- Act as a point of contact for leaders and HR Business Partners in planning and implementing team and personnel development measures
Requirements
- Degree from a university or university of applied sciences, or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years' experience in people development
- Comprehensive methodological toolkit
- Facilitation of workshops and coaching sessions
