About the role

  • Develop and design holistic strategies for the long-term retention and development of leaders and employees
  • Support transformation projects and design tailored measures
  • Independently lead projects in the area of people/HR development
  • Close collaboration with business units to identify needs
  • Prepare strategic analyses as well as evaluations and reporting
  • Act as a point of contact for leaders and HR Business Partners in planning and implementing team and personnel development measures

Requirements

  • Degree from a university or university of applied sciences, or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years' experience in people development
  • Comprehensive methodological toolkit
  • Facilitation of workshops and coaching sessions
  • Planning and organization of complex projects
