About the role

  • Intern in Personnel Development focusing on learning organization in Herzogenaurach. Collaborating on workshops, training concepts, and e-learning support at Schaeffler.

Responsibilities

  • Support with topics related to "Learning Organization" and Fit4Production at the Herzogenaurach production plant
  • Contribute to workshops and support the implementation of training concepts and events
  • Assist employees, e.g., with the delivery of Schaeffler Academy e-learnings
  • Assist in the development and preparation of training courses

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Vocational Education, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Psychology, Business Education, Vocational Training, Personnel Development/HR or a comparable field
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Familiarity with different learning/teaching methods is an advantage
  • Independent working style, commitment and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer
