Responsibilities
Support with topics related to "Learning Organization" and Fit4Production at the Herzogenaurach production plant
Contribute to workshops and support the implementation of training concepts and events
Assist employees, e.g., with the delivery of Schaeffler Academy e-learnings
Assist in the development and preparation of training courses
Requirements
Enrolled in a degree program in Vocational Education, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Psychology, Business Education, Vocational Training, Personnel Development/HR or a comparable field
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Proficient in MS Office
Familiarity with different learning/teaching methods is an advantage
Independent working style, commitment and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer
