About the role

  • People Lead role at Dr. Klein Privatkunden AG supportive leaders of over 50 employees. Focus on individual needs, talent recognition, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • You support your partners individually and adapt flexibly to their needs.
  • In close collaboration with the functional leaders (Lead Links), you identify talent, develop strengths, and ensure the right placement.
  • You monitor your partners' performance and conduct annual compensation and development discussions.
  • You create the conditions for personal and professional development.
  • You are responsible for all employment law and organizational matters across the employee life cycle (e.g., recruiting & onboarding, probation management, reference creation, and compliance with legal requirements).
