About the role

  • Intern assisting in HR tasks and onboarding at QCA, a top law firm in Brazil. Engage in various HR administrative duties including recruitment and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with posting job openings on the Gupy platform and the internal system;
  • Assist with screening resumes and scheduling interviews;
  • Help organize and update presentation materials and onboarding manuals;
  • Organize the onboarding schedule and send invitations to new team members;
  • Support the reception of new hires on their first day, ensuring a welcoming environment;
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to the department, such as file management.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields, from the 4th semester onward;
  • Availability: mornings or afternoons;
  • A curious and investigative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement is a plus;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
