Responsibilities
Act as a business partner, identifying opportunities, supporting and influencing leaders to continuously improve people management and processes;
Contribute to team development according to people and business needs through people development processes;
Play an active role in Recruitment and Selection processes, seeking to identify the best talent according to required profiles;
Own and support leaders and employees in processes and policies, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives;
Provide support for day-to-day administrative process questions;
Translate the needs of client areas into HR solutions through interaction with HR specialist areas;
Monitor and act on HR processes such as engagement surveys, performance evaluations, workforce movement processes, people expense results and others using indicators, presenting and assisting in the development of action plans together with client areas;
Meet established HR process deadlines and persuade management and employees to comply with them;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
Previous experience as an HRBP in service or retail companies supporting corporate areas;
Experience preparing reports and analyzing HR indicators;
Experience with Recruitment & Selection for administrative, managerial and strategic roles;
Strong influencing skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.
