Senior HR Business Partner serving as the critical link between the HR department and various business areas in Germany. Involved in organizational change and talent management processes throughout the company.
Responsibilities
Central liaison between the HR department and the various business units
Advise and support approximately 500 managers, project leaders and employees on HR-related matters
Conduct personnel, feedback and disciplinary conversations
Work closely with executive management, works councils and employee representatives
Support organizational changes and assist with structural adjustments
Manage and implement talent and performance management processes
Identify training needs and develop appropriate measures for employee development
Advise managers on improving employee engagement
Independently lead internal HR projects
Support the preparation of the personnel cost budget and strategic workforce planning
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management or a related field
At least 5 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner with experience in international HR, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
Solid knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law, including experience with collective agreements and collaboration with employee representatives
Enthusiasm for working with international and cross-functional teams
Independent, structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style, with a hands-on mentality and flexibility
Strong advisory skills, empathy and excellent communication skills in German and English
Assertiveness and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel within Germany
