About the role

  • Business Analyst on various technology projects, focusing on Digital transformations and customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

  • The Business Analyst will be working on a variety of technology projects and initiatives, with a focus on Digital projects.
  • Act as a member of the digital technology capability team.
  • Responsible for identifying business needs and determining solutions while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction, innovation, relationship building, change management and driving positive results.
  • Facilitate and coordinate communications of high-level and detailed level requirements, specifications, diagrams, as well as data and process models to project team members.
  • Plays a key role in the application support activities.
  • Oversees audit team's daily activities.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of the internal controls in addressing the risks to which our business and operations are exposed.
  • Develops, plans, and evaluates internal audit programs for accounting and statistical records.
  • Performs complex audit tasks and prepares reports with the findings.
  • Reviews audit workpapers and evidence supporting audit conclusions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting
  • CPA designation or non-US equivalent (e.g. CCA) is required
  • 2+ years experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong process flow and diagramming skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Expertise in business process analysis, system analysis and data analysis
  • Very proficient in developing requirements definition, functional specifications, data models and business procedures
  • Proficient in software fit analysis
  • Expertise in MS Office, MS Project, Visio and other PC software
  • Has advanced knowledge of audit principles through extensive experience.
