Responsibilities
Comprehensive operational HR support for employees and managers at our Oberhausen and Marl sites
Trusted cooperation with works councils, including negotiating and implementing works agreements
Advising management on labor law matters and on individual personnel measures
Implementing and further developing HR strategies within a corporate environment
Analyzing HR metrics and deriving measures for organizational and personnel development
Supporting change processes, restructurings and organizational adjustments, and leading HR projects
Ensuring compliance with labor law, collective bargaining agreements and company regulations
Requirements
Completed university degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Law, Organizational Psychology or a comparable field
3–5 years of professional experience in HR, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Solid experience collaborating with works council bodies and confident knowledge of individual and collective labor law
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
A strong hands-on mentality in operational HR work
Excellent communication skills, assertiveness and the ability to advise management as an equal partner
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Business-fluent German and English language skills
Willingness to work at the other assigned site 1–2 times per week
