About the role

  • Manage the full HR lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including contracts, references, certificates, and HR data in Workday
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, managers, and HR colleagues
  • Partner with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Support time tracking in Workday: data corrections, troubleshooting, and employee queries
  • Drive recurring HR activities such as pulse surveys and annual HR processes
  • Support recruitment throughout the hiring and onboarding process
  • Lead improvements and digitalization of HR operations, especially in Workday
  • Handle operational HR administration across multiple countries and report to the Head of HR in Switzerland

Requirements

  • Several years of HR experience in an international environment
  • Solid knowledge of the full HR lifecycle and cross-country HR processes
  • Proactive, independent working style with strong service orientation
  • Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and motivated to improve HR processes
  • Experience with Workday
  • Fluent in English; German is an advantage
