About the role

  • Support the execution and maintenance of Workday processes across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent and Performance, and Learning.
  • Serve as the first point of contact (Tier 1) for HRIS-related inquiries, issue resolution, and end-user support.
  • Ensure data integrity, process accuracy, and seamless daily operations within Workday.
  • Collaborate with HR partners and cross-functional teams primarily through Workday Help, email, and Microsoft Teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of Workday experience in HCM data management, issue resolution, and end-user support.
  • Experience performing Workday data audits and managing transactions.
  • Comfort working with Workday security, business processes, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide timely and accurate customer support.
  • Experience handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
