HRIS Specialist responsible for supporting Workday processes such as HCM and Recruiting for Bob’s Discount Furniture. Serve as the primary contact for HRIS inquiries and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
Support the execution and maintenance of Workday processes across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent and Performance, and Learning.
Serve as the first point of contact (Tier 1) for HRIS-related inquiries, issue resolution, and end-user support.
Ensure data integrity, process accuracy, and seamless daily operations within Workday.
Collaborate with HR partners and cross-functional teams primarily through Workday Help, email, and Microsoft Teams.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of Workday experience in HCM data management, issue resolution, and end-user support.
Experience performing Workday data audits and managing transactions.
Comfort working with Workday security, business processes, and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to provide timely and accurate customer support.
Experience handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
