Responsibilities
Strategic talent management & employee development
End-to-end recruitment support
Develop, implement and continuously improve our talent management strategies and processes
Introduce employee retention, succession planning, and career-path development programs
Implement skills and competency frameworks
Collaborate with leadership to identify high potentials and strategic development measures
Support and advise managers and employees on all HR-related matters across the employee life cycle
Assist in recruiting processes in collaboration with departments and external partners
Contribute to implementing global HR initiatives and local HR projects
Promote a positive, high-performance company culture and actively contribute to the development of our employer brand
Manage feedback processes such as employee surveys, onboarding and offboarding measures
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in an international environment
Demonstrable experience in recruitment and employee development processes
Strong knowledge of HR processes, tools and employment law fundamentals
Confident user of MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., Personio, Workday)
Experience preparing decision documents and business cases for CxO-level
Fluent written and spoken German and English
