About the role

  • Strategic talent management & employee development
  • End-to-end recruitment support
  • Develop, implement and continuously improve our talent management strategies and processes
  • Introduce employee retention, succession planning, and career-path development programs
  • Implement skills and competency frameworks
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify high potentials and strategic development measures
  • Support and advise managers and employees on all HR-related matters across the employee life cycle
  • Assist in recruiting processes in collaboration with departments and external partners
  • Contribute to implementing global HR initiatives and local HR projects
  • Promote a positive, high-performance company culture and actively contribute to the development of our employer brand
  • Manage feedback processes such as employee surveys, onboarding and offboarding measures

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in an international environment
  • Demonstrable experience in recruitment and employee development processes
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, tools and employment law fundamentals
  • Confident user of MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., Personio, Workday)
  • Experience preparing decision documents and business cases for CxO-level
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
