About the role

  • Management and coordination of training activities
  • Participate in the collection and analysis of training needs
  • Contribute to the development of the annual training plan
  • Organise training sessions: invitations, logistics, registrations
  • Maintain relationships with training providers and learners
  • Monitor training files: attendance sheets, evaluations, certificates
  • Track the budget and prepare funding applications to the OPCO (French training fund operators)
  • Update tracking tools (dashboards, HR files) via our HRIS
  • Support the rollout of Belfor University, our e-learning platform: database updates, monitoring indicators, launching new training modules
  • Ensure the quality and evaluation of training to support the development of our employees and promote skills transfer

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's to Master's level degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in HR, training, management, or equivalent
  • You have at least one year of successful experience in a similar role or a strong interest in training
  • You are organised, rigorous and adaptable
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team
  • Strong listening skills, flexibility and proactivity will be key to your success in the role
  • Proficient with IT tools (Microsoft Office suite)
