About the role

  • Support in time data management, including maintaining absences and sickness notifications for the German locations
  • Support in maintaining and monitoring time accounts (e.g., overtime & vacation)
  • Assist in preparing reports and analyses for the HR department
  • Assist in managing Company Reintegration Management (BEM) and support administration of parental leave and maternity protection
  • Assist in preparing and processing certificates
  • Support in drafting employment references

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in business, social sciences, or a comparable field
  • Interest in HR processes and administrative tasks
  • Initial practical experience in human resources is advantageous
  • Careful, structured, and detail-oriented working style, with strong communication and service orientation
  • Confident user of MS Office and, ideally, HR systems (e.g., SAP, HRWorks, Workday)
  • Excellent German language skills and strong English skills, both written and spoken
