Responsibilities
Play a crucial role in supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR operations.
Organize and deliver onboarding sessions for new employees.
Prepare and manage employment and freelance contracts.
Handle employee lifecycle processes, including contract changes and terminations.
Maintain and update HR records in compliance with data protection regulations.
Support the review and refinement of HR administrative processes.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Help align HR processes across Czech and international entities.
Assist in managing employee benefits and improving communication around them.
Provide HR administrative support across multiple entities.
Requirements
Previous experience in HR operations/administration, ideally in a fast-growing company.
Familiarity with employment and freelance contracts, as well as HR compliance.
Good knowledge of Czech labor law (international experience is a plus).
Experience with HRIS systems such as BambooHR is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
A proactive approach to improving HR processes.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Fluent English and Czech – you’ll be conducting onboarding sessions and working with international teams.
