About the role

  • Play a crucial role in supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR operations.
  • Organize and deliver onboarding sessions for new employees.
  • Prepare and manage employment and freelance contracts.
  • Handle employee lifecycle processes, including contract changes and terminations.
  • Maintain and update HR records in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support the review and refinement of HR administrative processes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Help align HR processes across Czech and international entities.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits and improving communication around them.
  • Provide HR administrative support across multiple entities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR operations/administration, ideally in a fast-growing company.
  • Familiarity with employment and freelance contracts, as well as HR compliance.
  • Good knowledge of Czech labor law (international experience is a plus).
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as BambooHR is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A proactive approach to improving HR processes.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Fluent English and Czech – you’ll be conducting onboarding sessions and working with international teams.
