About the role

  • HR Intern providing administrative support to Human Resources team at Stolt-Nielsen. Assist with hiring processes and maintain employee files.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling the administrative requirements of hiring.
  • Maintain and organize employee 201 files.
  • Support year-end document cleanup and filing activities.

Requirements

  • Must be able to provide a Memorandum of Agreement and an Endorsement Letter from the school.
  • Should possess good communication and organizational skills.
  • Must have basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems/software quickly.
