About the role

  • Senior HR Co-Ordinator providing HR operational support for Legal Support and Document Production teams in the UK. Assisting with employee data management, exit interviews, and wellbeing check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR operational administrative support to the HR Advisor and HR Business Partner, including drafting change of terms letters.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR queries for Legal Support Hub Leaders.
  • Assist the HR Advisor with conducting exit interviews and reporting back on feedback and trends to the HR Business Partner.
  • Help to ensure that all employee data for allocated teams on MyWorklife, Sharepoint, Org Charts and within employee files in imanage is kept up to date with all starters, leavers, changes etc.
  • Monitor time critical processes such as end of probationary periods and end of fixed term contracts.
  • Prepare monthly report of starters, leavers, maternity leave, FTCs, exit interview feedback and flexible working reviews for manager catch ups.
  • Attend regular manager meetings with the HR Business Partner and/or HR Advisor, providing relevant updates and taking note of any follow up actions.
  • Assist the HR Advisor with conducting new joiner check in calls, ensuring new starters have everything they need in their first few months and referring any concerns to the HR Advisor and/or relevant line manager.
  • Run monthly reports on sickness, working with the HR Advisor to flag any concerns with line managers.
  • Conducting wellbeing check in calls with employees and assisting managers with return to work catch ups.
  • Arrange Occupational Health appointments, pre/post appointment calls and drafting referrals.
  • Notifying the HR Advisor when reports are released and monitoring follow up appointments.
  • Ensuring sick certificates are received and saved on the system appropriately, assisting Hub Leaders/Legal Support Managers to ensure absence is recorded correctly on My Worklife.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working at a co-ordinator level, ideally gained in a professional services environment.
  • Has strong enough IT/systems knowledge and able to suggest potential solutions or improvements to standard processes, as required.
  • Actively develops new skills and knowledge, taking ownership of upskilling with new processes and technology relevant to role.
  • Consistently delivers against deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise, use own initiative, provide updates, meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Keen and able to support on relevant projects at an admin level and add value.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – foreign languages are advantageous but not a requirement.
