About the role

  • Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with supply chain business objectives, serving as a trusted advisor and champion of best-in-class HR practices
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of HR Business Partners, fostering a culture of strategic impact, accountability, and continuous growth
  • Anticipate workforce challenges and guide leaders through complex organizational change with empathy and strategic foresight
  • Collaborate with the broader HRBP leadership team to modernize the HR Business Partner function, enhancing scalability, effectiveness, and business impact
  • Use people analytics to inform talent strategy, optimize workforce planning, and drive measurable outcomes
  • Shape organizational structures and leadership pipelines, influencing how we attract, retain, and develop top talent
  • Partner cross-functionally with COEs (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Talent Management, Legal) to deliver integrated HR programs that support business goals

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, including senior leadership roles supporting executive teams
  • Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, public companies, or high-growth environments is preferred but not required
  • Proven ability to influence and coach senior executives, driving strategic people decisions at scale
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing HR teams
  • Strong business acumen with deep understanding of industry dynamics and organizational strategy
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive change in dynamic environments
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable impact
