Responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our people strategy
  • Drive divisional people priorities and cyclical HR processes (performance management, pay review, talent and succession planning, engagement initiatives)
  • Lead business change projects and organizational structure reviews to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals
  • Implement HR policies and procedures, and support global recruitment aligned with local needs
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Reward, Performance & Engagement, HR Operations) to enhance colleague experience
  • Coach and challenge leaders to foster effective leadership behaviors
  • Use data insights to inform decisions and manage people risks
  • Champion new technologies and innovative HR practices
  • Contribute to HR strategy and lead cross-functional projects
  • Share knowledge to support the development of the wider HR team

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Experience managing cyclical HR activities and delivering HR initiatives
  • Strong technical HR expertise with the ability to coach senior leaders
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable HR plans
  • Hands-on experience in structured, regulated corporate environments (e.g., professional services)
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on outcomes
  • Self-starter who thrives independently and in global team settings
  • Passion for delivering exceptional colleague experiences
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in international business and navigating multi-jurisdictional and cultural challenges (desirable)
  • Familiarity with leveraging technology, AI, and data insights in HR solutions (desirable)
