About the role

  • Sr. Account Manager managing key client relationships for DTN, supporting revenue growth through strategic consulting and account expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a strategic consultant
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, challenges, and business objectives
  • Provide proactive recommendations, introducing new solutions that add value and drive engagement
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by delivering top-notch service and innovative solutions
  • Identify the need to bring in additional DTN expertise and solution engineer resources for ongoing account expansion.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand account value
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to uncover unmet needs
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize client offerings
  • Negotiate contract renewals above a set threshold, ensuring continued success and profitability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software and/or SaaS sales, account management, or B2B client relations
  • Proven success driving revenue growth through strategic cross-selling and upselling initiatives
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders
  • Highly self-motivated with a strategic, consultative, and proactive approach to account management
  • Proficient in Salesforce for lead tracking, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Adaptable and agile, able to thrive in a fast-changing business environment
  • Professional presence and a customer-first mindset in every interaction.
