About the role

  • Account Manager ensuring clients manage their personal insurance policies effectively at HUB International. Responsible for managing accounts and facilitating client relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure clients receive the service needed to properly manage their insurance policies
  • Manage a book of personal line accounts
  • Market to carriers, prepare quotes and proposals
  • Respond to policy inquiries (email, phone)
  • Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders
  • Check policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy
  • Maintain accurate and organized account files

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED (college preferred)
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization and clients
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
