About the role

  • Growth Account Manager managing and expanding client relationships for Eficode in Scandinavia. Engage prospects and turn them into customers, driving sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture, grow, and expand relationships with customers in the Growth segment, driving long-term value and partnership
  • Turn qualified leads into opportunities by engaging prospects from marketing, demand generation, and partner channels
  • Identify and develop expansion opportunities across Eficode’s portfolio to deepen customer partnerships
  • Create and execute account plans that strengthen stakeholder relationships and support customer goals
  • Bring the right Eficode expertise to customers by collaborating with specialists across our business areas
  • Use your understanding of the market and Eficode’s offerings to help customers solve challenges with holistic solutions
  • Work closely with licensing, services, RevOps, and other business areas to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Partner with delivery consultants, and service managers ensure smooth execution and strong customer outcomes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a similar role, ideally within software, IT services, or consulting
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, including Salesforce
  • Strong skills in value-based, customer-centric selling and building solution-oriented conversations
  • Fluent in Swedish or Danish to support collaboration with local customers and colleagues, and confident in English as our corporate language
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into relevant IT solutions
  • Confident using digital collaboration tools such as email, chat, and video conferencing to engage customers and stakeholders.
  • Post-secondary education in sales, IT sales, business, or a related field (optional)
  • Interest in technical domains such as ITSM, AI, and DevOps, with a solid understanding of how these areas create customer value (optional)
  • Experience selling consulting services, managed services, or subscription-based software solutions (optional)
  • Familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem or similar collaboration and development toolchains (optional)
