About the role

  • Sales Strategic Partnerships Developer at papernest handling enterprise sales cycles and partnerships in a fast-growing environment. Responsible for team management and strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle for Enterprise accounts (from prospecting to closing and launch)
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with C-level stakeholders
  • Launch of the partnerships in coordination with the different teams (Product, CRM, Operations…)
  • Identify new verticals opportunities and run tests on these new segments
  • Define the objectives and performance expectations for the team
  • Structure the acquisition team processes (playbooks, CRM, pipeline reviews, KPIs)
  • Coach and develop performing talents

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting firm or in Business Development position in a fast growing environment
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and complex negotiations.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven, creative problem-solving approach
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment: proactive, self-motivated, driven, and organized.
  • Ideally a first Management Experience
  • Fully proficient in Spanish, fluent in English.
