About the role

  • Sales Development Representative generating qualified sales leads for an international digital marketing agency. Focusing on consultative lead qualification and client relationship management in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive prospecting and consultative lead qualification
  • Present commercial proposals and drive negotiations through to closing
  • Transition clients in an organized manner to the operations team, ensuring a smooth onboarding
  • Improve the sales process with the team by identifying areas for improvement
  • Participate in strategic meetings and contribute insights to optimize the sales funnel
  • Use CRM (GoHighLevel) and ClickUp to manage contacts, activities and reports
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, maintaining high performance standards and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing agencies or B2B companies
  • Skills in prospecting, lead qualification and negotiation
  • Intermediate English for communication with international clients
  • Proactivity, clear communication and results orientation
  • Proficiency with CRM (GoHighLevel), ClickUp and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets)
  • Ability to analyze commercial data and sales KPIs
