About the role

  • Sales Support Associate dedicated to community outreach and event coordination for Healthfirst. Supporting sales managers to increase product awareness and market share.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for positioning Healthfirst as a socially responsible health partner.
  • Develop and coordinate plans of action that promote company-wide enrollment.
  • Work closely with Medicare Sales Managers and representatives.
  • Identify enrollment event opportunities for seniors.
  • Coordinate events, presentations and enrollment opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly events calendars and reports.
  • Establish new relationships and maintain existing ones.
  • Support the Sales and Marketing team to create educational and sales events.

Requirements

  • Must be able to travel 75% of the time.
  • Experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Community Outreach Programs.
  • Existing Sales or Customer Service related experience.
  • Experience speaking with multi-level audience.
  • Experience managing multiple marketing events.
  • Experience working across socio-cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
  • Experience with basic Microsoft Excel functions.
  • Experience with creating Microsoft Word documents.
  • Experience making modifications and updates to existing Power Point presentations.
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends (as needed).
