• Lead and manage fritz-kola’s business and operations across the BeNeLux region, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence
• Develop and implement a clear regional growth strategy, delivering strong double-digit year-on-year growth over the coming years
• Hold full P&L responsibility, steering financial performance, budget control, and long-term profitability
• Build a strong and growth driven cooperation with our local Distribution Partners while continuously assess and optimize the Route-to-Market model and operational setup to maximize efficiency and impact
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team, fostering ownership, accountability, and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, acquire key customers, develop business proposals, and negotiate strategic partnerships
• Work in close alignment with cross-functional teams (Brand & Trade Marketing, People & Culture, Finance, IT, and Operations) to ensure seamless execution
• Oversee local implementation of the marketing strategy and ensure strong brand presence in the market

Technical Product Owner developing and maintaining Cloud architecture (MS Azure) for fritz. Engaging with Managed Service Providers and ensuring operational stability in IT operations.

• Develop new formulations and refine existing formulations in close collaboration with Marketing and Portfolio Management
• Manage projects from concept to implementation at our bottling sites
• Produce development samples in our sample lab
• Coordinate and conduct sensory tests with our sensory panel
• Onboard new bottling partners on behalf of Product Development
• Ensure compliance with food regulatory requirements during product development
• Monitor manufacturability of new formulations with respect to capacities, raw material supply and quality specifications
• Maintain close coordination with Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement and Quality Management
• Further develop procedures and ensure cross-departmental adherence to product development processes

Project Manager, Product Development

Projektmanager verantwortlich für die Entwicklung neuer und bestehender Getränkerezepturen bei fritz. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und anderen Abteilungen in Hamburg.

• End-to-end management of empties processes (e.g., bottles, crates, KEGs), including capacity planning, inventory monitoring and return flow control
• Optimization of circulating quantities, costs, KPIs and return rates based on analyses and forecasts
• Ensuring demand-driven planning and availability of consumables and production supplies (e.g., labels, closures, crown caps)
• Close coordination with production, logistics, quality, suppliers and external partners
• Responsibility for SAP-supported material and inventory processes as well as master data quality
• Monitoring of consumption, warehouse KPIs and inventory values
• Taking on control, escalation and coordination tasks in case of bottlenecks or quality deviations
• Participation in or leadership of small optimization and improvement projects within the supply chain
