About the role

  • Initiating contact with potential customers by phone, video call or on-site and engaging with senior decision-makers across all industries (primarily outbound)
  • Leading high-level conversations with target customers: identifying business needs and convincingly generating interest in our products
  • Managing and continuously improving all relevant steps from contact identification and data enrichment to needs qualification and internal handover
  • Collaborating closely with our Marketing Manager, Account Executives and Customer Success team
  • Meeting and exceeding personal targets while contributing to the company’s broader goals — building something to be proud of and earning attractive commission potential

Requirements

  • Experience as an SDR and relevant industry knowledge; ideally 1–2 years of professional sales experience with SaaS products (preferably in AI) and/or in Supply Chain Management
  • Tech-savvy and able to leverage modern tools and automation to professionalize outreach
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness to solve complex problems and create solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable speaking with, negotiating with, challenging and giving feedback to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong time management and organizational skills — able to set measurable short- and long-term goals and plan to achieve them
  • Coachable and resilient — you view feedback as an opportunity to improve while remaining self-confident
  • Eager to learn and develop into an Account Executive role within the company
  • Fluent in German (native or bilingual) — focus on DACH markets — and fluent in English (we are an international company)
