About the role

  • Sales Development Representative prospecting new leads for Silae's SaaS solutions in a hybrid work environment. Engaging clients and partners as primary point of contact for sales cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect using available resources to identify new prospects, generate new deals, and develop future partnerships.
  • Contact identified prospects through sequences (calls/Salesloft/email/webinars, etc.).
  • Conduct discovery interviews to gather key information about the account, the lead, and their context.
  • Pass qualified leads to the indirect sales team to advance them through the sales cycle.
  • Write clear discovery interview summaries to improve lead conversion.
  • Provide regular feedback on field information (competitors, current topics, market intel).
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure lead follow-up.
  • Find and qualify key information to enrich the database with the right properties.
  • Track and analyze your sales activities (calls, tasks, emails, booked meetings, etc.).

Requirements

  • You have initial experience as an SDR, ideally in a SaaS company.
  • You are dynamic, ambitious and proactive, and you want to take on a responsible role that has a direct impact on Silae’s commercial activities.
  • Determination and competitiveness are two traits that describe you.
  • You have a “hunter” mentality and are not afraid to go after opportunities.
  • You enjoy communicating and take pride in representing a company’s brand.
  • You are organized: this is essential to manage inbound and outbound leads.
