Sales Development Partner responsible for creating and enhancing training programs to boost sales productivity. Collaborates with various teams to align training with commercial goals.
Responsibilities
Design, deliver and continuously improve the onboarding program for new hires, including instructor-led sessions and asynchronous resources.
Lead ongoing development programs to strengthen the skills of our sales teams.
Collaborate with sales leaders to identify skills gaps and performance trends, and address them through tailored training and coaching.
Facilitate dynamic, interactive training sessions (virtual and in-person) to reinforce product knowledge, mastery of the sales process and message consistency.
Develop scalable enablement tools such as sales playbooks, toolkits, cheat sheets, e-learning modules and assessments.
Measure and evaluate training effectiveness using key metrics (time to competency, productivity, quota attainment, feedback).
Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives by training teams on value propositions, buyer personas and competitive positioning.
Use technology (e.g., LMS, CRM) to track engagement and measure training impact.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training or commercial leadership, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
Strong understanding of the B2B sales context.
Excellent facilitation skills (in-person and virtual).
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into high-impact learning experiences.
Experience with learning and sales enablement tools and technologies.
Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and report on training effectiveness using data.
Innovative and creative approach to learning.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in a high-growth SaaS company operating regionally or internationally.
Knowledge of a CRM (such as Dynamics) and sales analytics tools.
Familiarity with an LMS platform (e.g., Docebo).
