Recruiting Specialist connecting freelancers with clients in IT for various projects. Supporting internal sales and managing candidate relationships in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
You are the interface between employees and clients — with a focus on freelancer recruiting
You support the sales team in filling projects with internal and external staff
You proactively search for external IT experts on appropriate recruiting platforms and contact them on behalf of our company
You review profiles and conduct initial interviews
You attract candidates through professional relationship management for long-term collaboration
You handle administrative tasks in the daily operational business (e.g., contract preparation, data maintenance, etc.)
You actively search for and approach candidates for service contracts, work-and-material contracts (Werkverträge) and temporary employment contracts (AÜ-Verträge)
Requirements
You already have experience in freelancer recruiting or personnel placement, ideally in the IT sector
You have knowledge of contract types — in particular service contracts, work-and-material contracts (Werkverträge) and temporary employment (AÜ) contracts
Initial sales experience is not required — enthusiasm for the role and a desire to develop are what matter most to us!
You can work on-site a few days per week at our office in east Munich
You are interested in innovative IT topics

You are a passionate networker and engage people with your empathetic and extroverted manner
