About the role
- People & Talent Lead overseeing workforce strategy for Loyverse business at Teya. Partnering with leadership to drive hiring, engagement, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the Loyverse leadership team to define and execute a people strategy that supports growth, capability, and performance.
- Lead end-to-end hiring across key functions, ensuring we attract, select, and onboard great talent quickly and effectively.
- Own people operations for Loyverse which includes contracts, onboarding, mobility, and general HR lifecycle activities, with support from Teya’s central People team.
- Coach and support managers on leadership, feedback, and performance management.
- Design and drive engagement and development initiatives that build a strong, cohesive team culture across distributed locations.
- Use data and insight to anticipate people needs and influence key decisions from headcount planning to retention strategies.
- Act as a connector between Loyverse and Teya, ensuring alignment on policies, principles, and people practices while adapting them for the unique needs of the product team.
Requirements
- Experience as a People Partner or People/Talent Lead in a product-led or tech environment, ideally within a scale-up or high-growth business.
- A blend of strategic and operational skills — equally comfortable defining people strategy and getting things done yourself.
- Strong recruitment expertise — you know how to identify and engage exceptional talent.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you build trust quickly and influence with credibility.
